BIO

Jamie Hovis is a Boston-based writer, actor and dramaturg. He graduated from Emerson College with a double Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies (Playwrighting) and Writing, Literature and Publishing. Readings and productions of his work include participation in Horizon Theatre Company's New South Play Festival, Emerson Stage's Newfest, Interim Writer's Have You Read? series and Boston Shotz (in collaboration with Charlestown Working Theater, Theatre on Fire and Whistler in the Dark).  He is a co-founder and president of Boston's Boston Annum Project.
